California MENTOR and its partner Cole Vocational Services offer day programs that help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities become more independent and reach goals. Depending on the individual's needs and goals, supports and services may include:

- Finding paid work that matches their interests
- Support with education goals, such as earning a college degree
