California MENTOR’s office in Los Angeles operates our Family Home Agency program, also known as host homes, which serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In our Family Home Agency program individuals live with supportive caregivers and become part of their family. Caregivers do more than open their home. They help the adults they serve be more independent and live their best lives at home and in the community.
