For over a decade, Bridges has been providing advocacy and individualized disability services for adults and children living with disabilities. Our services support individuals in living, learning and working and enjoying their best life at home and in community settings. Bridges of Colorado offers a unique host home program to help adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities reach life goals with the support of a host home provider.
