Our NeuroRestorative Colorado, Littleton, program supports individuals ages 18+.
Our Littleton program is more than a traditional skilled nursing facility (SNF). It operates as a Skilled Nursing Facility but also provides many other supports and services for individuals with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and other complex medical diagnoses. With therapies delivered by skilled providers, our hybrid specialty program combines the best in care of both skilled nursing and inpatient rehabilitation.

NeuroRestorative in Littleton, CO, uses an interdisciplinary collaborative care approach to treatment. Our teams of physicians, nurses, therapists, and case managers create an individualized care plan for each individual we serve.
