REM Iowa helps people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury and other needs reach their full potential. Our Hiawatha location is the site of our state office and our host home program.
In our host home program, adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live with supportive caregivers who help them become more independent live full lives in their community.
