The Illinois Mentor Community Services program in Springfield provides supportive living and day services that help individuals with disabilities and other needs live joyful lives of their own choosing. Each person we serve has a service plan tailored to their unique needs and life goals to help them build skills and find friendships and activities they enjoy in the community.
