We have day, residential and case management services throughout our Kansas East location. We have three day program sites, each having their own daily activities. One is a shelter workshop that has contract work from 23 local vendors. Our residential homes are the individuals' homes, and function around those specific individuals that live in the homes.
Case management for REM Kansas East is about true advocacy for the person. We pride ourselves in writing a plan that is a working document, meant to change as the person’s life changes. REM Kansas East purpose is to support the individual in living their best life.
