Fortus Center

Fortus Adult Day Health Center's team of nurses, program directors, activity coordinators and other caring staff are committed to helping seniors with medical needs thrive. Our day program provides daily support services to help seniors and other adults feel their best every day so they can stay active in their community. At Fortus, seniors can spend time with their friends, try out new hobbies, and get the caring support they need to stay independent. Each person we serve receives a unique mix of services for their needs, including nursing care, healthy meals and snacks, behavioral health services, transportation to and from the center, and more.
