Cape Verdean Center

The caring and compassionate team at Cape Verdean Adult Day Health Center helps seniors and other adults with medical needs live their best lives every day. We provide daily nursing supports to adults with a wide range of needs to help them live well and stay as independent as possible. At our exciting day program, participants can choose from many fun social activities that match their interests, including music, games, current event discussions, and outings in the community. We also offer nursing care, healthy meals, behavioral health services, and more, with all supports tailored to each person's unique needs.
