Rainbow Center of Montgomery County helps seniors with a wide range of medical and other needs to stay independent and be as active in the community. We help those we serve to live well through our exciting day program, where adults receive daily nursing care from nurses dedicated to helping them feel their best. We offer a wide range of wellness services, including healthy meals, behavioral health, and medication management to meet their needs. Participants can also enjoy a wide range of social activities that match their interests, from art, dance and crafting to games and classes to support lifelong learning.
