In REM Minnesota's Duluth program, caring team members support people with disabilities and other needs, including autism, mental health diagnoses and other challenges, in building the skills they need to thrive. Each person we serve has a plan of support tailored to their needs and goals. Services may include residential services, nursing care, in-home health supports, autism supports, and more.
