Premier Supports helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, autism and other needs reach their full potential. We offer group homes and day programs. The caring staff in our programs get to know each person we serve to understand their goals and needs. Then we work with the individual, family members, and others in their life to create a plan of supportĀ that's right for them. Services include:
- Medication management
- Daily living skill-building such as cooking and personal care
- Social skills development
- Fun activities in the home and community
- Transportation
