REM Ohio's Troy program helps people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and other challenges live full, joyful lives at home and in their community. We partner with each person we serve, their families, and other important people in their lives to create a service plan just for their needs and goals. Our team of caring professionals provide supports including Residential Services, In-Home Support Services, Nursing Care, Day and Vocational Programs, and Behavioral Health.
