At REM Wisconsin’s program in Holmen, our mission is to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, and other complex needs build the independence they need to thrive, no matter what challenges they face. For more than 20 years, we’ve created programs that help people build independent living skills and strong relationships so they can thrive at home and in the community. Our caring team of experts puts the individual at the center of everything we do. Whether a person is looking to live more independently, make friends in the community, or find new interests to enjoy, we’re here each step of the way to help them reach their goals. Services are tailored to each person’s needs and may include a mix of residential services, behavioral health, autism supports, in-home health services, and more.
