REM West Virginia’s Cross Lanes program is made up of caring professionals who are dedicated to the supporting the growth, well-being, and success of each person we serve. We’re nurses, direct support professionals, program coordinators and other caring people with a passion for helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other challenges live their best lives every day.

Our program helps the people we serve build skills for independent living, make friends, and have a lifestyle that is as active as they would like. Each person we serve is actively involved in service planning. Depending on each person’s needs, services may include a wide range of supports to help them reach their goals.
